Electrical Fault Finding

Landlec: Compliant, accredited & locally verified

Any issues with the electrics in a property, recurring or otherwise, is a cause for concern and something that should be assessed formally by a qualified and experienced electrical contractor – such as the Landlec team, which has been serving the wider Berkshire region for the last 15 years.

Problems such as short circuits, overloads or earth leakage can lead to tripping or power loss – and it’s essential to find out why to ensure that your wiring doesn’t pose a health and safety risk.

Whatever issue is currently manifesting, we carry out a full electrical fault finding service, including diagnostics, analysis and full investigations (such as visual inspections and electrical testing) to identify and resolve the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally, with all work conducted to the highest standards.

When dealing with electrical faults, it’s essential that an experienced and professional electrical contractor carries out a review to ensure that building occupants are not at risk.

Landlec has been working as an independent electrical contractor for the last 15 years, so rest assured that we have all the skills and experience necessary to conduct fault-finding tests and identify the best solutions based on what we uncover.

We are also registered with and approved by the NAPIT, for added peace of mind that work will be carried out in full compliance with all relevant electrical regulations.

Our Process

Get in Touch

Book an appointment with a Landlec electrician either online, using our contact form, or over the phone on 07724209879. Alternatively, you can email hello@landlec.co.uk and a member of the team will be in touch. We’re available for emergency callouts 24/7, as well as standard work.

Visual Inspections & Functionality Checks

Once we’ve found out more about the job in question, we can arrange a site survey at a time convenient to you. Depending on the complexity of the electrical work required, the time taken to properly assess the job can vary.

In-Depth Testing

After the site survey has been conducted and we have a better idea of the level of work involved, we can then arrange a date for the job to start. For smaller projects or emergency electrical work, on-the-day appointments are available.
