Electrical Testing

Landlec: Registered & competent electricians

Landlec engineers provide a full suite of electrical services, including electrical testing to ensure the safety and performance of both wiring and equipment for clients across Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

Our service provision includes Electrical Condition Installation Reports (a legal requirement for landlords, where fixed wiring is assessed), PAT testing (where plug-in appliances are examined to ensure that they’re safe to use) and multifunction testing (where circuits are regularly checked and monitored).

The Landlec team of electrical engineers are professional, reliable and experienced, with over 15 years in the industry – so get in touch to discuss any aspect of domestic or commercial electrical testing work you require.

Working with an experienced and professional electrical contractor is a must, no matter what sort of project you have in mind. Failure to do due diligence in this regard can put you and other building occupants at significant risk.

As an independent electrical contractor, we are registered with and approved by the NAPIT, ensuring full compliance across the board with all relevant electrical regulations.

Our electrical testing services are available ad hoc or as part of a proactive electrical maintenance schedule.

Routine inspections of wiring, appliances and equipment are recommended to be conducted every five to ten years, depending on the nature and size of the property.

Our Process

Get in Touch

Book an appointment with a Landlec electrician either online, using our contact form, or over the phone on 07724209879. Alternatively, you can email hello@landlec.co.uk and a member of the team will be in touch. We’re available for emergency callouts 24/7, as well as standard work.

Visual Inspections & Functionality Checks

Once we’ve found out more about the job in question, we can arrange a site survey at a time convenient to you. Depending on the complexity of the electrical work required, the time taken to properly assess the job can vary.

In-Depth Testing

After the site survey has been conducted and we have a better idea of the level of work involved, we can then arrange a date for the job to start. For smaller projects or emergency electrical work, on-the-day appointments are available.
